Woman in gown with white underskirt with gold and lavender designs and gold fringe at hem; lavender overskirt and jewelled bodice with white ruffles at elbows; gold tiara with purple and white plumes; gold shoes; necklace. Théâtre de Molière, 1936. Designed using pencil, gouache, watercolour, and metallic paint on peach paper. Annotated in pencil and ink. Some evidence of design changes.
