Man with blue wig in olive tunic with burgundy and gold trim; diaphanous white shirt with bow tie; olive breeches with gold and burgundy trim; olive boots with gold and burgundy trim; sword at left side; rose coloured cloak; holding olive hat with plumes in left hand. Théâtre de Molière, 1936. Designed using pencil, watercolour, gouache, and metallic paint on peach paper, mounted on a cream card. Annotated in pencil and ink.
